How can spatial advantages remain meaningful through daily use?
How can different family members live side by side, under one roof, without their rhythms conflicting?
In this lakeside villa at Blue Lake County, the design avoids imposing a single style across all spaces. Instead, it relies on order and scale as a shared language.
Within this framework, a round dining table on the main living level quietly takes on the role of connecting family relationships and daily routines.
Living Room | Preparing the Space Before the Table
The ground floor serves as the primary setting for shared life, with a clear and stable spatial structure.
The living room establishes order through axial alignment and subtle symmetry. Materials are restrained, boundaries are well defined, and durability is prioritized to support everyday use.
Moving from the living room toward the dining and kitchen area, there is no abrupt functional break. Sightlines and circulation flow naturally, leading to the round dining table at the heart of this transition.
