The essence of modern light luxury lies in the "symbiosis of texture and warmth." Furniture transcends mere functionality, evolving into condensed expressions of spatial language.
In this project, the designer anchors the space with a freeform marble dining table crafted from a single slab of natural stone. Through material contrasts, restrained color palettes, and meticulous craftsmanship, the design weaves a living scene that balances visual drama with everyday warmth.
From the kitchen island to the bedroom headboard, every piece of furniture revolves around the dialogue between "nature" and "craftsmanship," culminating in a contemporary aesthetic that is understated yet profoundly resonant.
Living Room: The Lightweight Storytelling of Modular Sofas and Glass Coffee Tables
As the social heart of the home, the living room features a group of beige modular sofas paired with a circular glass coffee table, creating an open and inviting layout. The sofas are upholstered with high-density memory foam and stain-resistant technical fabric, offering both comfort and durability.
Gray-and-white geometric cushions add subtle layering through quilted textures. The circular coffee table, with its ultra-clear glass top and slender metal legs, enhances spatial transparency, softening the room’s perceived heaviness.
A linear pendant light, shaped like twisting branches, hangs above, casting dappled shadows through frosted glass onto the tabletop, blending dynamic light and shadow into the ambiance.
The background wall combines light gray textured plaster with wooden slats, creating a striking contrast between solidity and openness. Natural light streaming through floor-to-ceiling windows projects delicate light bands across the floor, harmonizing with warm indoor lighting to evoke a perpetual dance between day and night.
Dining Room: The Authoritative Presence of a Marble Dining Table
If the living room’s sofa embodies softness, the deep gray ripples marble dining table serves as the epitome of rationality. Sourced from Turkey, this natural stone undergoes precision digital cutting to merge undulating textures with sharp, geometric edges.
The tabletop preserves its raw stone surface, accented by copper trim—a fusion of icy minimalism and artisanal warmth. The matching chairs feature matte black leather upholstery and transparent acrylic legs, creating a "floating" effect that contrasts with the table’s substantial presence.
A suspended chandelier composed of diamond-shaped glass shades hangs above, filtering light through the stone’s natural pores to cast intricate star-like patterns on the tabletop. The background wall, clad in rock slab material, extends the table’s aesthetic language. An abstract brass etching ties the mineral-inspired theme together, completing a material narrative that binds floor to wall.

Sunlit leisure zones revolve around a rustic rattan round sofa, its coarse weaving contrasting with the supple linen cushions. A deep espresso base harmonizes with surrounding greenery walls.
A weathered oak dining table showcases natural knots, topped with hand-thrown ceramic vases and dried floral arrangements that echo botanical murals on the walls. A handwoven sisal rug introduces irregular color blocks, working with the sofa to evoke a tropical rainforest atmosphere.
A circular holey stone coffee table—retaining raw quarry marks—introduces textural drama against a plush leather chaise. Above, a translucent acrylic jellyfish-shaped pendant light injects futuristic flair, balancing organic and industrial elements.
Bedroom: A Material Symphony for Sleep
The master bedroom’s floating bed frame steals focus, with a curved double-sided walnut headboard softened by linear underlighting. Linen-blend bedding mirrors the sofa’s neutral tones, while embroidered pillow patterns subtly reference the dining table’s marble veining.
Custom wardrobes feature frosted glass sliding doors for privacy without sacrificing light, with hardware echoing the copper accents seen throughout. A marble extension from the dining table, rendered in matte finish, forms a quiet reading nook beside the window, paired with linen cushions and woven baskets.
