The owner of this project, a fashion buyer and boutique owner, embraces a philosophy of natural and simple living.
He wanted his home to carry a sense of warmth and comfort within a relaxed, minimalist atmosphere, allowing life to return to its most authentic state.
Living Room
The open-plan living room centers on transparency and inclusiveness.
The original balcony was incorporated into the space, where a row of low wooden cabinets runs along the window, serving as both storage for books and objects and a visual extension.
Warm wood tones meet the softness of fabric sofas, balancing the clean, modern lines.
As the soul of the living room, the sofa was chosen for its rich texture and generous curves, evoking a mood of ease and relaxation.
Dining Room
Flowing seamlessly from the living room, the dining area continues the open and fluid layout.
A lightweight dining table paired with modern chairs creates a casual, unfettered dining atmosphere.
Clean lines and well-balanced proportions give the room a refined edge, while the warmth of wood accents prevents it from feeling cold, lending it a thoughtful and welcoming character.
Lounge
Designed as a space for interaction and exchange, the lounge adopts a bolder mix of materials and furniture.
Geometric armchairs, a softly toned rug, and a low coffee table are arranged around the sofa.
